Moy Mackay graduated from Glasgow School of Art with a BA (HONS) degree in design. Living in the heart of the Tweed Valley, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Scottish Borders, Moy finds inspiration and creativity for her work. Moy's paintings are created by replacing paint as a medium with dyed sheeps fleece. She uses finest quality merino tops from merino sheep, skillfully combining traditional felting techniques with embroidery.
