Rachel has been painting since childhood and studied at Glasgow School of Art, graduating with 1st class Hons in 1994. She loves the versatility of watercolours, being able to capture a hazy sunset as well as painting detailed architecture. Her favourite subjects are buildings, especially doorways and arches, but she is happy to paint seacapes, landscapes and other subject matter.
